A senior official from the renowned developer behind the project, has acknowledged the transaction, albeit requesting anonymity. The buyer, none other than esteemed lawyer Mr. Rohit Kochhar from Kochhar and Co., along with his wife Sonali Kochhar, sealed the deal.
